some items are made to order, while others are ready to ship. production and shipping times vary by item and are listed in each item's product description. please allow the time period stated for the production and shipping of your order. if your order has exceeded that time period, we will gladly assist you with further information on your order.

all sales are final. items cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase. if there is an error with an item you receive in your order, please feel free to contact us. curse is also not responsible for lost or stolen items.

curse is not responsible for the payment of customs, duties, or vat fees. as of august 29, 2025, most countries — including the united states — no longer offer duty-free treatment for low-value shipments, so import fees may apply to your order regardless of its value. these fees vary, are determined by each country, and cannot be calculated in advance. by placing an order, you agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for paying any customs, duties, and vat fees that may apply.

incorrect address / returned mail policy — the customer is fully responsible for contacting curse about packages returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or other various reasons. all inquiries of this type are to be directed to our customer service email, onlycurse1@gmail.com. after 60 days, the customer forfeits all rights to the merchandise and no refund will be issued.

the customer is also responsible for the cost of reshipping a returned package. if the customer refuses to pay for reshipment, the package is forfeited back to curse and no refund will be issued.

we reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. the terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that order.
